Robert E. (Bob) Sheets

		Geotechnical Engineer - Robert E. (Bob) Sheets joined the staff of Hamilton County Soil & Water Conservation ‎District in December, 2007 as Geotechnical Engineer. He is part of the team charged with administration ‎and enforcement of the Hamilton County Earthworks Regulations, with his particular ‎emphasis on geotechnical applications. Prior to joining the District, Mr. Sheets worked in ‎private consulting practice for Soils & Materials Engineers (S&ME), Rust Environment & ‎Infrastructure, and FOPPE Technical Group.‎ Bob was born and raised in Fostoria, Ohio, moved to Cincinnati in 1984 to attend the ‎University of Cincinnati, and has lived and worked in the Greater Cincinnati area since ‎that time. He holds Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Civil & Environmental ‎Engineering from UC, with emphasis on geotechnical engineering, and is a registered ‎professional engineer in Ohio and Kentucky.‎ Bob enjoys living in the Greater Cincinnati metropolitan area, and appreciates the special ‎geotechnical challenges inherent to the region. He strives to assist the citizens and ‎residents of Hamilton County in protecting and maintaining our valuable hillsides and ‎other natural resources.
