Conservation Teacher of the Year
The Hamilton County SWCD names one teacher every fall as the Conservation Teacher of the Year. If you know of a teacher that is deserving of this award, please nominate them. Past winners have planted trees, organized recycling drives, developed school gardens and increased their students' overall excitement about natural resources and conservation.
The winning teacher will be recognized at our Annual Meeting (September) with a plaque and a cash prize.

If you would like to nominate a teacher that you think deserves the Conservation Teacher of the Year Award, please contact Education Specialist Gwen Z. Roth or Education Assistant Niki Marengo.
