Forestry & Wildlife Conservation Camp
The Ohio Forestry & Wildlife Conservation Camp is a one-week summer resident camp for high school students. Forestry & Wildlife Conservation Camp is held annually in mid-June at FFA Camp Muskingum. Situated on Leesville Lake in the beautiful rolling hills of Carroll County in NE Ohio, campers have the opportunity to learn first-hand about Ohio’s forests and natural resources.
The Camp is sponsored by The Ohio Forestry Association and typically costs about $300 per student. While the Hamilton County SWCD cannot pay for the entire week at camp, we are able to offer some monies to help defray the cost for serious students.
If you are interested, please call 513-772-SOIL (7645) and speak with Gwen Z. Roth, Education Specialist. Click Here for a PDF copy of the Ohio Forestry & Wildlife Conservation Camp brochure. |
