Teacher/Educator Workshops
The Hamilton County SWCD provides workshops for teachers and other non-formal educators throughout the year. Many workshops include a nominal fee to cover the cost of books and supplies. Prices will vary depending on the workshop being offered.

We are more than willing to tailor a specific workshop to your audience needs. Call us to discuss the details.

January 28, 2012, 9:00am – 12:00pm at Butler Soil and Water Conservation District
A workshop for early childhood educators exploring hands-on, creative, interactive and correlated activities for ages 3-7. Click here for more information


Saturday February 4th, 2012, 9:00am – 3:30pm at Talawanda High School (near Oxford)
A comprehensive water quality education program for grades 8-12. Click here for more information


January 31st, 2012, 9:00am – 3:30 pm at Greenacres Foundation
Project WET covers many aspects of water, including social issues, conservation, water properties and water management. You will receive the brand-new 2.0 guide! This workshop is geared towards grades K-8. Click here for more information
