Monthly board meetings are held at the District office on the third Tuesday of every month at 4 p.m. and are open to the public.
Board Meeting Audience to Visitors
All Hamilton County Conservation District Board meetings are open to the public. It is the policy of the Board of Supervisors of the Hamilton County Conservation District that anyone wishing to speak during the open board meeting must sign up ten (10) minutes before the start of the meeting. The Board may limit visitor comments to two (2) minutes per speaker and/or ten (10) minutes per topic to ensure adequate time to conduct all business on the agenda.
Notice of Board Meeting Date Changes and Cash Basis Report Availability
The Hamilton County Conservation District (HCCD) will hold its monthly board meetings for 2026 on the third Tuesday at 4:00 PM. The meetings will be held at the District Training Center at 2710 E Kemper Road, Sharonville, OH 45241, and are open to the public. Any changes in board meeting dates will be published on the HCCD website (hcswcd.org). Members of the media and the general public can ask to be notified of any special meetings or a change in board meeting dates by contacting the Conservation District office at (513) 946-8020.
Once the Hamilton County Board of Supervisors has approved the 2025 Hamilton County Conservation District Annual Cash Basis Report, it will be available on the HCCD website, hcswcd.org. Anyone wishing to receive a paper copy of this report should contact the HCCD office at 513-946-8020.
