Storm Sewer Retrofitting: Site Assessment Guidance & Tools

Can existing storm sewers in your community be retrofitted to detain stormwater, to decrease the frequency of erosive flows in receiving streams?
Hamilton County Soil & Water Conservation District (SWCD), and partners, with financial support from the Ohio Environmental Education Fund, have created a FREE screening tool to help you answer that question.  In the process of developing design methods for a demonstration project, Hamilton County SWCD and Partners created a spreadsheet tool and guidance document that can be used to assess the suitability of candidate storm sewer retrofit locations in your community.
Learn more about this storm sewer retrofit approach, and how to obtain & use the free screening tool by attending Hamilton County SWCD’s presentation at the Ohio Stormwater Conference.

THE TOOL AND GUIDANCE DOCUMENT WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR DOWNLOAD ON THIS WEBPAGE SOON.

Fill out the short form below to have the guidance document/tool emailed to you once it becomes available.
