Justin Reinhart is an engineer with Ohio EPA’s Division of Surface Water where his role is to provide engineering assistance to the stormwater program, maintaining Ohio’s stormwater manual titled “Rainwater and Land Development” and provide technical support to Ohio EPA staff, the local regulated community, consultants, and developers on Ohio’s NPDES Construction General Permit. He earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the Ohio State University and is a Registered Professional Engineer in Ohio.

Margaret Klanac is the Stormwater Consultant at Contech Engineered Solutions supporting Ohio and Kentucky. She is a civil engineering graduate of the University of Dayton and has been at Contech for a little over 3 years. During her first two years at Contech, she was a Stormwater Design Engineer and has experience designing a variety of underground detention and stormwater treatment devices. In her current role as Stormwater Consultant, she helps specifying engineers with design and selection of post-construction BMPs for stormwater management.

Aaron Habig joined the Earthwork team in 2016. He assists landowners with drainage and erosion issues and is responsible for ensuring compliance with the Hamilton County Earthwork Regulations by performing site inspections.
Aaron was raised in the Cincinnati area and started his college program at the University of Cincinnati. He graduated from Warren Wilson College with a B.A. in Environmental Studies, with a concentration in Forest Management. Aaron previously worked for Clermont SWCD, ODNR, and spent many years in the home improvement industry. Aaron has always been interested in the outdoors and natural resource conservation. He is an Eagle Scout. Aaron and his wife enjoy travel, hiking, biking, and canoeing. |
Justin Bedocs is an experienced environmental professional with a strong background in water resources, archaeology, and conservation. After earning an Associate's degree in Archaeology from Hocking College, he transferred to Miami University where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology. Justin furthered his education with a Master’s of Environmental Science, focusing on Water Resources, from Miami University.
His career spans a variety of roles across the Midwest and Nevada, where he worked on numerous archaeology projects before transitioning into the field of water resources. Justin served as an AmeriCorps Watershed Technician in Carson City, Nevada, before joining the Nevada Division of Water Resources as a Water Resources Specialist, where he regulated well drilling and water rights. In 2022, Justin returned to Ohio to work as an Urban Program Specialist for the Warren County Soil & Water Conservation District, overseeing the stormwater program. He is passionate about protecting the community's natural resources, especially lakes and rivers, and enjoys applying his expertise to improve water quality and conservation efforts. Outside of work, Justin enjoys kayaking, practicing Bonsai, and cheering on the Cleveland Browns. His dedication to environmental stewardship and community service continues to drive his work and personal pursuits. |

We have a special emphasis on soil and water with a focus on assisting landowners in planning and applying conservation practices on the land. HCSWCD is dedicated to the sustainable use of our natural resources and to encouraging positive behavioral changes that produce a higher quality of life for our citizens. The District assists all Hamilton County residents, schools and jurisdictions through our free services and dynamic partnerships that continually provide innovative solutions for the challenges of our region.
