Justin Reinhart, PEJustin Reinhart is an engineer with Ohio EPA’s Division of Surface Water where his role is to provide engineering assistance to the storm water program and Ohio’s NPDES Construction General Permit. He maintains Ohio’s stormwater manual “Rainwater and Land Development” and provides technical support to Ohio EPA staff, the local regulated community, consultants, and developers. He has a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the Ohio State University and is a Registered Professional Engineer in Ohio.

Ben Poole, PEBen is a land development design engineer/project manager. He graduated from the University of Kentucky with a B.S. in Biosystems Engineering, with a specialization in Bioenvironmental Engineering. He previously worked for Hamilton County Planning and Development where he was responsible for stormwater plan review for residential and commercial land projects, managing construction inspections, and managing compliance with NPDES Permit Requirements. He now works for Abercrombie & Associates, Inc. on both commercial and residential land development projects with an emphasis on the stormwater management aspect of design.

The District assists all Hamilton County residents, schools and jurisdictions through our free services and dynamic partnerships that continually provide innovative solutions for the challenges of our region.
